Other Details to Note

• Cleaning fee: €120 per stay.
• City tax is covered by My Exclusive Stays, so there is no additional city tax charge for guests.
• A refundable security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival.
• Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM costs €120, subject to availability and prior confirmation.
• Late check-in from 8:00 PM to before 11:00 PM: €100.
• Late check-in from 11:00 PM to midnight: €150.
• Check-in after midnight is possible only by prior arrangement and requires payment for an additional night.
